Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components into the original shipping boxes to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at an authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
