How long will it take for my furniture to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unassembled condition. Please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund.
Do you provide assembly services?
Walker Edison furniture is designed for easy home assembly. Each piece includes a detailed instruction manual and all necessary hardware. We do not offer in-house assembly services at this time.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives with damaged parts or missing hardware, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will ship replacement parts free of charge.
What materials are used in your furniture?
We use a variety of high-quality materials including high-grade MDF, durable laminates, solid wood, and powder-coated metal to ensure long-lasting durability and style.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
